Where is my ticket?
eticket is a print-at-home PDF ticket and will be sent to your email address.        
Each eticket PDF attachment represents an individual ticket to the show, with its own unique barcode that must be scanned for entry. If you purchased more than one ticket, make sure you print out and bring along each separate eticket PDF to the event.

Can I get a refund/exchange?
Obtain Success will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).  You must apply for a refund within a reaonsable time.  Obtain Success does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
